Templates can be VERY powerful, thus many PROLIN Smart Suite users have many of them. Either you use templates for baseline or model CI’s or for creating the correct Change workflow. Unfortunately, these templates are not easily sorted and thus not easily found.

New functionality in PROLIN Smart Suite can help: If you use some logic in the naming convention of your templates, then your life has just been made a little easier; you can now quickly search for your templates by typing in a small part of the template name. For example:

After creating a new item/record, click on search for template as in the picture:
